Embry to Speak at Baseball Banquet

Centerville -- The annual Indian Hills Baseball Banquet is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 7, at the Manhattan Supper Club in Centerville.  Byron Embry, a former IHCC pitcher, will be the guest speaker.

Embry is the founder of Closing Remarks, a premier leadership development and communication organization.  He pitched on back-to-back World Series teams during his time at Indian Hills and then pitched professionally for 12 years.

The evening will include dinner, an auction, introduction of the 2013 baseball squad members and remarks by Embry.  The social begins at 6 p.m. with dinner at 7:00.

Tickets for the event are $20 each and can be purchased in advance at the Administration Building on the Centerville campus.  Tickets will also be available at the door.
